Registration
To register a new account in the portal, navigate to the Home Page of the portal and click the Register button shown below.

The account registration process can also start from the Login page by clicking on Create an account here, as shown below.

After clicking either Register from the Home Page or Create an account here from the Login Page, you will be directed to the registration page shown below. You can choose to register either as an individual or as an organization.

Register as Individualallows you to create an account for individuals such as pilots, cabin crew, maintenance engineers, and other aviation professionals.The Right Register button under
Register an Organizationis for registering organizations such as Approved Training Organizations (ATOs), Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMOs), and similar entities.

1. Register as individual.
Clicking Left Register button under Register as Individual from the previous step, will take you to the shown page below. Povide the details requested in this page and click Next to move to the next page.

The second page for Register as Individual is shown below. The page captures additional information regarding you icluding your addresses. Complete the page by entering the requested details in their respective fields.

The back button allows you to view and edit the previous page. The Next button allows you to move to the next page. The Add Address button allows you to provide details for a secondary address.

Click Next to move the next step.
Set your account password on this page. Ensure that the password meets the requirements indicated. Accept the Terms of Service and click the submit button to complete registration.

Upon successfully completing the registration process, you will be directed to the page shown below. At this stage, you have successfully created an individual account. Please note that your account is pending approval, which will be granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Attempting to log in with an unapproved account will result in a failure, accompanied by the following message:

2. Register an organization.
The right Register button under the Register an Organization allows you to register an Organization.

Registering an organization offers two options:
Use an Existing User: This option is for users who already have an approved account. Such users can create a new organization directly from within the customer portal.
Create an Organization with a New User: This option involves registering a new organization from scratch. The organization must designate a primary representative who will have full administrative roles and responsibilities for the organization’s account.

If you select the left option for an Existing User while you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page. Log in using your preferred method, or refer to the Login section for assistance.
If you choose the right option for a New User, you will proceed to the first step of the organization registration process, as shown below.
Step 1 : Organization Details

The Add Address button at the bottom of the page allows you to provide details for multiple addresses. Click it to add another address.

Complete the form, sroll down and click Next to move to step 2.
Step 2 : Primary Representative Details
The PRIMARY ORGANIZATION REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION section allows you to provide details for the organization primary representative.

The ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section allows you to provide more info about the organization representative. Provide the address info for the organization primary represenative in the Address section. The Add Address button allows you to add a secondary address.

Set the Organization representative account password in the ACCOUNT INFORMATION section. Ensure that its meets the Password Requirements provided. Read the Terms of service and accept them.

The Back button at the bottom of the page will take you to the previous page. After completely filling the form click the Submit button.
Upon successfully completing the organization registration process, you will be redirected to the page shown below. Please wait for both the organization and the individual accounts to be approved by the CAA before logging into the portal. For more details on logging in, see the Login section.
Note that both the individual account and the organization account require approval by the CAA. Once approved, the primary representative will log in using their own email and password, not the organization’s credentials.
