UCAA SELF SERVICE PORTAL

The Ugandan Civil Aviation Authority(UCAA) offers a self-service portal to its users, granting them access to a range of eServices, including:

• Personnel Licensing
• Aviation Medicine
• Aviation Organization

In addition, the portal's home page is thoughtfully designed to keep users informed and up-to-date. It features a dedicated section that provides the latest aviation news and updates.

To access the customer portal, users must have a pre-existing registered account. If you are a first-time user and do not already have an account on the platform, you will need to complete the registration process before gaining access. After submitting your registration, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) must first review and approve your account. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved. Only after receiving this approval can you log in to the system using your credentials. Once logged in, you can proceed to submit applications or access other services provided through the portal. Registration and approval are mandatory for all new users before any interaction with the platform.

To get started, click the Login button at the top right to logging with your existing credentials. To create a new account click the Register button. During the registration process, you have the option to sign up either as an individual (such as aviation crew members like pilots, cabin crew, ATCs etc) or as an organization (e.g., an Approved Training Organization). Select the appropriate registration type based on your role.
