My Submissions
My Submissions page contains all the applications/submissions you have made in the portal and a search feature to filter through them. Each submission listed shows its application stage, status, and has an action button that allows you to delete or view the transaction.

Transaction Statuses
Each Application has its status which can be:
- REJECTED - indicates the application has been rejected by the CAA.
- APPROVED - indicates the appplication has been approved by the CAA.
- CLOSED - indicates the aaplication was stopped and should be started afresh.
- EVALUATION - indicates the application validation and approval is in progress.
- SUBMITTED - indicates the application has been submitted successfully for processing by the CAA..
- DRAFT - indicates the application is saved as draft and its still on the customer portal yet to be submitted to the CAA.
- OPEN - indicates the application is in progress and there are preceding stages of the application that the applicant has to make.
- CLARIFICATION - indicates the CAA has requested the applicant to clarify/rectify or provide some information to help in processing their application.
- SUSPENDED - indicates the CAA has suspended an application.
- REVOKED - indicates the CAA has revoked an application.
- DEFERRED - indicates the application was deferred to the CAA. E.g medical certificate application can be deferred to the assessor for further evaluation.
- COMPLETED - indicates the application was completed.
- DECLINED - indicates the application was declined.
View Submission
Click View to view the submission.

Upon clicking view you are taken to the Submission Records page. It shows the application stages, lists the transaction records and provides actions for resuming or altering a transaction record.

Click Resume to resume a draft, click Alter to edit a record, or click Delete to delete a record.

Clarifications / Rectifications
After submitting an application, additional details might be required by the Authority that you might have not provided. This details will be requested using a Clarification/Rectification Request. Whenever a clarification of your details is required, you will get an email that will be almost similar to the one shown below.

Login to the the portal and find the application with Clarification status.

On the Actions column click Respond to access the Clarification Requests page. Click Respond to provide your Response.

Provide your Response in this page and click Submit.

On submitting the response Successfully, the next page should look like the one shown below. Note the Status and Action values have changed.

Payments
When making an application, some applications will involve payment steps.

After Payment, Wait for approval from the authority and proceed to the Next steps.
