How to login to the portal:

  • To gain access into the customer portal, you must have an already registered account which is approved by the CAA. To login you will need a valid email and password. Using a registered email and password. Enter the email and password in their respective fields and click the Login button.

Successful Login Redirects to Two-Factor Authentication

After a successful login attempt, you will be redirected to the Two-Factor Authentication page.

You will receive an email from the CAA containing a verification code. Check your email for the code and enter it into the provided field on the Two-Factor Authentication page.

On getting the code, enter it on the 2 factor secret code field and proceed to Click the Submit button to proceed. If you do not receive the code in your email:Click the Resend Code button to request a new code.

After entering the two-factor authentication code, you will be redirected to the Grantor Selection view if you are a representative of an organization or another individual.

  • If you are a representative: You will see the Grantor Selection page, where you can choose the account you wish to act on behalf of and make applications.

  • If you are not a representative: You will not see this view. Instead, you will be taken directly to the main dashboard.
